Krungsri Online Service Features
Account Statement Inquiry Service
  • Inquire about the account statement of your savings/current/fixed deposit/loan account.
  • View your statement history and download it in CSV file format.
  • Print your statement history for reference or checking purposes.
  • View your statement history for up to the past 6 months. (Up to two months can be displayed at a time.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day. (Exception: The service for fixed deposit and loan accounts is available from 05:30 to 23:00 hrs. (local time) every day.)
Credit Card Statement Inquiry Service
  • Inquire about your credit card account status*, e.g. total balance due, payment due date, and description of billed transactions for each billing cycle.
  • Inquire about unbilled transactions.
  • View your statement history for up to the past 6 months.

*Remark: This service is available for Krungsri Credit Card, HomePro VISA Credit Card, Central Credit Card, Krungsri First Choice Credit Card, and Tesco Visa Credit Card only.

Fund Transfer between Your Krungsri Accounts
  • Transfer funds from your savings/current account to your other Krungsri savings/current/fixed deposit/loan account(s).
  • Add up to 15 accounts.
  • View and print your transfer history for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day. (Exception: The service for fixed deposit and loan accounts is available from 05:30 to 23:00 hrs. (local time) every day.)
Fund Transfer to Other Party’s Krungsri Accounts
  • Transfer funds from your savings/current account to other party’s Krungsri savings/current/fixed deposit/loan account(s).
  • Fund transfers can be made without adding the receiver’s account in advance and there is no limit on the number of receiving accounts.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • View and print your transfer history for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day. (Exception: The service for fixed deposit and loan accounts is available from 05:30 to 23:00 hrs. (local time) every day.)
Fund Transfer to Other Bank Accounts
  • Transfer funds from your savings/current account to a savings/current account at another bank.
  • Fund transfers can be made without adding the receiver’s account in advance and there is no limit on the number of receiving accounts.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • View and print your transfer history for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day. (Exception: The service for fixed deposit and loan accounts is available from 05:30 to 23:00 hrs. (local time) every day.)
Cardless Transfer
  • Transfer funds from your savings/current account to a recipient who does not have an account with the Bank. The recipient can withdraw cash at any Krungsri ATM countrywide without using a Krungsri ATM/VISA Electron/VISA debit card.
  • View and print your transfer history for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day. (The recipient can withdraw cash at Krungsri ATMs in Thailand only.)
Scheduled Transfer
  • Transfer funds by scheduling transfers, e.g. one-time transfers or daily/weekly/monthly transfers.
  • Schedule transfers with no end date.
  • Scheduled transfers will be automatically executed at 9:30 hrs. within the specified date.
  • The scheduled transfer service is available 24 hours every day.
International Fund Transfer
  • Transfer funds via SWIFT and purchase foreign drafts with your savings/current account.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • Inquire about the history of transfers via SWIFT and foreign draft purchases for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day. (For orders received after 16:30 hrs. on business days or received during banking holidays, your transaction will be executed by the Bank at approximately 9.30 hrs. on the next business day using the first-round exchange rates published on that day.)
Bill Payment
  • Bill payments can be debited from your savings/current account.
  • Users can pay more than 1,000 billers.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • View and print your bill payment history for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day.
Scheduled Bill Payment
  • Pay bills by scheduling payments, e.g. one-time payments or monthly payments.
  • Schedule bill payments with no end date.
  • Scheduled bill payments will be automatically debited from your account at 9:30 hrs. within the specified date.
  • The scheduled bill payment service is available 24 hours every day.
Mutual Fund Services
  • Subscribe for investment units via direct debit from your deposit account or via credit card, or redeem or switch investment units managed by Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. through Krungsri Online.
  • Inquire about information such as account balance, account statement, NAV data, fund names, and minimum subscription amount.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day. (The conditions of subscription, redemption, and switching orders depend on the terms of each mutual fund/asset management company.)
Securities/Derivatives Trading Service
  • Trade the securities or derivatives of Krungsri Securities Pcl. through Krungsri Online.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day.

*Remarks: For the trading of securities/derivatives through Krungsri Online, which is the Bank’s Internet-based service, the Bank merely serves as the provider of the connection to the online securities trading system of Krungsri Securities Pcl. For more information regarding online securities/derivatives trading, please call 0 2659 7777.

Cheque Services
  • Follow up on cheque status, e.g. stopped, cleared, or uncleared.
  • Stop cheques.
  • View your stopped cheques history for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day.
Applying for Other Services
  • Apply for Krungsri Autopay Debit or other payment services that debit your deposit account via electronic channels.
  • The system automatically debits your savings/ current account every month.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day.
Personal Information
  • Edit your personal information such as address, mobile number, and e-mail address.
  • Inquire and edit the nickname of your account with the Bank.
  • Change your password.
  • Unlock your One-Time Password (OTP).
  • Set up and edit security questions and answers.
  • Users are required to use an OTP for making each transaction (except for editing account nicknames).
  • The service is available 24 hours every day.
National Credit Bureau Information Service
  • Request the credit information of your savings/current account.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • View and print your fund transfer history for up to the past 2 months.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day.
Krungsri ATM/VISA Debit Card Suspension
  • ATM/VISA debit card suspension service through Krungsri Online is applicable to only cards linked to a savings/current account registered with a Krungsri Online user ID.
  • Card suspension will take effect immediately once you receive a notification of successful transaction from the system.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • The service is available 24 hours everyday.

*Remark: To reactivate your card or request a replacement card, please contact any of our branches within work hours.

Account Suspension Service
  • Account suspension service is applicable to only savings/current accounts.
  • Account suspension will take effect immediately once you receive a notification of successful transaction from the system.
  • Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction.
  • The service is available from 6:00-24:00 hrs.

*Remark: To reactivate your account, please contact your home branch.

Account Alerts
  • Customize automatic alerts to remind you when your savings/current/fixed deposit/loan account balance meets the specified level.
  • Choose to receive alerts via the Krungsri Online screen or the specified e-mail address.
  • Customized alerts will be sent after 7.00 hrs. each day.
Bank Rates
  • Inquire about financial information such as deposit interest rates, loan interest rates, and foreign exchange rates.
  • Calculate the interest rates of savings deposits, fixed deposits, loans, as well as foreign exchange rates for your financial planning.
  • The service is available 24 hours every day.
Account Statement Inquiry
  • Inquire about the account statement of your foreign currency savings/current/fixed deposit account.
  • View your statement history for up to the past 30 days.
  • The service is available from 05:30-23:00 hrs. (local time) every day.
Fund Transfer between Your Krungsri Accounts
  • Transfer funds from your foreign currency savings/current account to your other Krungsri foreign currency savings/current/fixed deposit/loan account(s). (Exception: the service of fund transfer from a Thai Baht account to an FCD account is unavailable.)
  • Both same currency and cross currency transfers are offered.
  • Fund transfer from an FCD account to another FCD account with the same currency and fund transfer from an FCD account to a Thai Baht account are available from 05:30-23:00 hrs. (local time) every day. Cross currency transfer between FCD accounts is available from 08:30-16:30 hrs. (local time) every day.
Funds Transfer to Other Party’s Krungsri Accounts
  • Transfer funds from your foreign currency savings/current account to other party’s Krungsri savings/current/fixed deposit/loan account(s). (Exception: The service of fund transfer from a Thai Baht account to an FCD account is unavailable).
  • Thai users are not allowed to transfer funds from their FCD account to other party’s FCD account.
  • Both same currency and cross currency transfers are offered.
  • Fund transfer from an FCD account to another FCD account with the same currency and fund transfer from an FCD account to a Thai Baht account are available from 05:30-23:00 hrs. (local time) every day. Cross currency transfer between FCD accounts is available from 08:30-16:30 hrs. (local time) every day.
Scheduled Transfer
  • Schedule transfers from an FCD account to another FCD account with the same currency or from an FCD account to a Thai Baht account. The service is available from 05:30-23:00 hrs. (local time) every day. (Exception: Cross currency transfer between FCD accounts cannot be scheduled in advance.)

*Remark: For the conversion of funds transferred from an FCD account to a Thai Baht account, the Bank will use the exchange rate at the time that the system can start sending the data on the day that the scheduled transfer is executed.

  • Service Conditions

    • KrungsriOnline Service is available for individual customers.
    • Customers can register by using savings, current, fixed deposit, loan, and/or mutual fund accounts up to 15 accounts.
    • For financial transactions via KrungsriOnline, Customers are required to use One-Time Password (OTP) for making each transaction. An OTP generated by the Bank will send to your mobile phone that was registered in an KrungsriOnline Service system.
    • Credit Card Statement Inquiry Service, Customers must activate the credit card before using this service. (The service is available to Principle cardholders for individual customer only.)
    • Customers who agree to trade Securities or Derivatives via Krungsri Online are required to have both Krungsri Online Service with Krungsri Bank and online trading account with Krungsri Securities Public Company Limited.
    • National Credit Bureau Service is available for individual customer only. Customers can request for checking of your own credit information only.
    • Funds transfer can be made either from savings , current accounts or the other that bank provide to savings, current, fixed deposit, loan accounts and/or the other that bank provide . On the other hand, funds transfer cannot be made from fixed deposit, loan and/or mutual fund accounts.
    • Funds transfer between your accounts within the bank can be made with registered account numbers. The amount transfer is also unlimited per day.
    • Funds transfer to other party within the bank can be made with registered services. The limitation of transfer amount is up to 500,000 Baht per day per User ID. (The service is available for individual customer only.)
    • Funds transfer to other bank account can be made with registered services. The limitation of transfer amount is up to 50,000 Baht per transaction and up to 300,000 Baht per day per User ID. (The service is available for individual customer only.)
    • Cardless transfer can be made with registered services. The limitation of transfer amount is up to 20,000 Baht per transaction and up to 100,000 Baht per day per User ID. Recipients can withdraw cash at Krungsri ATM without using a card in Thailand only. In case, recipients have not withdrawn cash from ATM within 3 days, the Bank will automatically transfer money to sender's account for security. (The service is available for individual customer only.)
    • International Fund Transfer can be made with registered services. The limitation of transaction is up to 10,000 USD per transaction and up to 20,000 USD per day per User ID. (The service is available for individual customers.)
    • Customers can apply for Krungsri Autopay Debit that can be made by debiting money either from your savings or current accounts with registered account numbers service. (The service is available for individual customer only.)
    • The limitation of bill payment is up to 500,000 Baht per day per User ID. (The service is available for individual customers.)
    • The bill payment fee depends on the agreement between the Bank and the biller.
    • Krungsri Asset can be made with registered unit holder number. Customers can use the Mutual Fund services, which are subscription, redemption, and switch order via KrungsriOnline. The limitation of subscription order is up to 5,000,000 Baht per transaction. The limitation of redemption order is up to 500,000 units per transaction. (The service is available for individual customer only.)
    • For scheduled funds transfer and/or bill payment, your funds will have to be available for debiting before 9.30 a.m. of the scheduled transaction date.
    • Alerts can be customized to remind you when your account balance meets the criteria specified. You will be alerted via your preferred method of notification after 7.00 a.m. each day.
    • The bank reserves the right to inactive KrungsriOnline service for those who do not sign in the service for over a period of time specified by the Bank (one year from the last access date or the applying date). To active the service, customer needs to request for using KrungsriOnline service.
